SHIPPING AND RETURNS

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

Please allow 3 to 5 working days for your order to arrive, in some cases it may arrive quicker than this – once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email from us with your details of delivery. If you need more accurate information about which date your package will arrive please contact us at contactus@dancingleopardme.com

www.dancingleopardme.com will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.

 

DELIVERY INFORMATION

All deliveries within the UAE will be charged at a flat rate of 20dhs. All Delivery charges to other countries including KSA, Kuwait, Bahrain, Egypt, Syria, Jordan, Oman will be charged at a flat fee of 40dhs.

All deliveries will be made within 3-5 business days after the order has been placed.

Delivery will be dispatched and delivered through either Aramex or Fetchr.
Once an order has been placed and the order has been dispatched we will email details of a tracking number so that your package can be tracked.

 

DO YOU EXCHANGE ITEMS?

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to process exchanges. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return any unworn item* to us for a full refund and place a new order to receive the item of your choice. 

 

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

Yes of course, if the item/s are not suitable for you please follow the returns procedure (below) and providing we receive the item back within 14 days we will issue you a refund. 

WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE FOR RETURNS?

You will need to contact us via email and we will send you a returns form. You will then need to print off the returns form and fill out the details and send to us via email. We will then arrange with you a time and date for the items to be collected.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T HAVE A PRINTER TO PRINT THE RETURNS FORM?

Don't worry – a hand written note is fine. Contact us via email to inform us to look out for the return and for us to locate your payment so that we can refund you. We will need to know the name you ordered with and your order number and it's helpful to have your email.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY REFUND TO BE PROCESSED?

Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to show up in your account. Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment. Cash refunds will be done via bank transfer. We do not exchange or refund Credit notes/credit codes in cash. (refunded only as credit codes). We do not refund Debenhams purchased online, and vice-versa. 

 

DO YOU RESTOCK SOLD OUT PRODUCTS?

It most cases we do, although in some cases we do phase out products to make room for new things (our headquarters is quite small!). If you have a specific request please contact us and we can advise you. 

 

I AM BETWEEN SIZES – WHICH ONE SHOULD I CHOOSE?

For some of our looser fit garments we our sizing runs from S-L , with the following sizing structure 

S: UK 8-10
M: UK 12-14
L: UK 16-18 

If you are between sizes: for instance if you are a larger 10 you may be confused which size to go for. The chances are that in this case either the small or the medium would fit (don't forget it's a loose style and in the cases of the mini shirts and chiquita dresses it comes with a belt to cinch in the waist). Our advice is to go a size down if you would like the item to be more fitted and go up a size if you prefer a more relaxed fit. We do offer free exchanges should you decide you went for the wrong size!
